NDPHIT (North Dakota Public Health Insurance Trust)

NDPHIT is a self-funded health insurance trust formed by North Dakota public employers, including school districts, cities, and counties. Members pool risk to help stabilize long-term health insurance costs. 

Our plan continues to use the Blue Cross Blue Shield network for doctors and hospitals, along with the same claims processing and member services.
