Dr. Michael McNeff, Superintendent

Dr. McNeff serves as the superintendent of Rugby Public School District. He continues to work with students, teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to build a learning organization for both students and teachers in Rugby, ND.  He has worked previously as a high school principal and a social studies teacher. He believes strongly in providing a high quality public education for our community. Dr. McNeff lives in Rugby with his wife, Mandy, and their four children.
