Mr. Blikre

Everyone is welcome to visit us at RHS.
Just stop by the office first to let us know you are here.
Have a wonderful Day!

Dear Students and Families:

We want to officially welcome you back to school for the 2016-2017 academic year! We hope that the summer months have provided you with some rest, relaxation, and an opportunity to rejuvenate. We’re looking forward to hearing about your summer adventures and meeting our newest Panthers.

Please join me in welcoming our new staff members!

·         Beau Eriksson – Social Studies

·         Haley Oian – Special Education

We are excited to have them join the RHS community.  School will begin on Wednesday, August 24th.   School will be in session from 8:35-3:20.  We will once again be having our late starts on Wednesdays for teacher professional development.  School will start at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesdays.  Please be advised that school will start at 8:35 a.m. on Wednesday, August 24th.

It is truly a privilege to be part of a community where parents, teachers and students care for each other and strive to build positive relationships that support academic and social growth.  Know that staff at RHS will work hard, every day, to create a positive and welcoming school climate.  We want to make strong connections with students, offer engaging curriculum, and help students grow into responsible citizens.

Please, take the time to become familiar with the Panther Student Handbook.  This handbook addresses many issues that may arise during the school year.  It is our objective to be proactive in assisting students in being successful in school.  Also, be sure to check out our school website http://www.rugby.k12.nd.us/.   The Activities Calendar and Weeks Events tabs will keep you up-to-date on all RHS activities.  Feel free to call upon us if you should have any questions or concerns.  We know that communication is the key to a successful year.

We look forward to working together with you to ensure this is a successful school year for your child. Please enjoy the remaining days of the summer, as we eagerly anticipate another great year at RHS!

Sincerely,

Jared Blikre, RHS Principal
